How to Request a Refund?
On the BitFuFu platform, users may need to apply for a refund if their paid amount exceeds the order requirement. The following details the specific refund scenarios, the application process, and answers to frequently asked questions:
Under what circumstances do you need to apply for a refund?
When you pay for an order, your transfer amount must equal the "order amount + transfer platform fee."
- Successful payment with a remaining balance: If the received amount is greater than the order amount, the excess portion (the surplus funds) requires a refund application.
- Example: If the order amount is 143.1 USDT and the actual received amount is 144.2 USDT, then a refund must be requested for the 1.1 USDT.
- Insufficient payment amount: If the received amount is less than the order amount, you can transfer funds again to make up the difference within the order's validity period. Once the cumulative received amount reaches or exceeds the order amount, the payment is successful.
How to initiate a refund application?
- Filter orders: In [My Orders], filter out all orders that have pending funds.

- Enter the Remain page: Click [Remain] next to the order under the operation filters to enter the order details page.

- Select a processing method: On the order details page, you can choose to convert the pending funds into FUFU Points or immediately initiate a refund.
Recommendation: Pending funds are usually small in amount and may not be enough to cover the transfer fee. It is highly recommended to convert them into FUFU Points, which can then be used to purchase products and services on the BitFuFu platform. 
- Fill in refund information: In the pop-up refund window, fill in your withdrawal address and the transfer network.

- Submit the application: After completing the form, click the "Refund" button below to submit your request.

- Can I make multiple transfers to make up the difference?
- Yes. Multiple transfers are supported within the order's validity period. Once the cumulative received amount reaches or exceeds the order amount, the payment is successful.
- Will I lose my funds if I don't initiate a refund?
- No, you will not lose them. You can view your pending amounts and apply for a refund at any time on the [My Orders] page, or choose to use the pending funds to purchase FUFU Points for future consumption.
- What if the pending refund amount is too small to initiate a refund?
- If the value of the pending funds is greater than 0.01 USD based on the current exchange rate, it is recommended to convert them into FUFU Points for continued consumption. Otherwise, a refund cannot be processed.
- Who bears the refund transaction fee?
- Transaction fees incurred during the refund process are borne by the user. The fees for each cryptocurrency are as follows:
