How to refund?
1.Under what circumstances do I need to apply for a refund?
When you pay for your order, the amount of the payment transfer must be = the order amount + the service charge of the transfer platform. When the funds transferred by you are ≥ the order amount, the payment will be made. But you still need to apply for a refund if the amount received exceeds the order. If the amount that arrived is less than the order amount, you can transfer it again. When the accumulated amount transferred within the validity period of the order is ≥ the order amount, the payment will be completed.
Example 1:
Peter wants to buy a 100T*180D plan, so he needs to pay 143.1 USDT. Peter transferred 145 USDT to the payment address generated by the order, of which 0.8 USDT was charged for the service charge and 144.2 USDT was transferred. The transferred amount is greater than the order amount (144.2-143.1 = 1.1 USDT), so he needs to apply for a refund of the excess amount (1.1 USDT).
Example 2:
Tony wants to buy a 100T*120D plan, so he has to pay 107.1 USDT. Tony has transferred 100 USDT to the unique payment address generated by the order, of which the platform service charge is 0.8 USDT, and the paid amount is 99.2 USDT, which is less than the order amount (99.2<107.1). Then Tony needs to transfer another 7.9USDT+ transfer service charge, and the total paid amount reaches 107.1 USDT; the payment is then completed.
2. How to initiate a refund application?

In the order details page, you can choose to convert the Remain funds into FuFu points or initiate an refund.
