BitFuFu Pool - Mining Tutorial

1. Register a BitFuFu Account

Visit the BitFuFu official website ( http://www.bitfufu.com) and register an account. It is recommended to use an email address to register your account.

Navigate to the FUFU mining pool management page by clicking "Dashboard" in the top left corner of the website. In the menu on the left side, click on "FUFU Pool." Here, you can view your mining information and manage your pool settings.

2. Create a Sub-account

On the "FUFU Pool > Account Management" page, click the "Add Sub-account" button in the top right corner. The account name can only contain letters and numbers, up to 64 characters, and does not support special characters. The account name must be unique across the entire platform and cannot be duplicated. Once created, the account name cannot be modified.

After creating a sub-account, you can bind a wallet address and observer links to it. The observer link has view-only permissions and cannot change your account settings. It allows you to view the sub-account's data, including an overview, hash rate changes, miner list, earnings records, and payment records.

3. Mining Addresses and Fees

a. Mining Nodes

FUFU Pool has successfully deployed nodes in various locations, including the United States, Canada, Colombia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Singapore, with plans for continuous expansion. When users connect, the system automatically assigns them to the nearest node for mining through load balancing. This not only ensures mining stability but also effectively reduces latency.

b. BTC Mining Address

c. Fees and Payments

Minimum Payout Amount: 0.005 BTC

Payment Time: Automatic payments are made daily between 8:00 and 17:00 Beijing Time.

Fee Standard FPPS: as low as 0.4%. The larger the hashrate connected to the account, the lower the fees; miners using FUFU firmware can obtain even lower FUFU mining pool rates.

4. WorkerID Setup

The worker name is composed of "sub-account.workerID," where the workerID can consist of any letters or numbers. The system automatically creates this, so you can use it directly without prior setup.

Password: It can be left blank or filled with any input; if performing a batch switch, it is recommended to use "123." For example, if your sub-account is "fufupoolminer," you can set multiple miners sequentially as: fufupoolminer.btc001, fufupoolminer.btc002, and so on.

5. Obtaining the Miner's IP Address

Locating the Miner's IP

After powering on the miner, it will start booting up. Once the green light on the miner begins flashing, you can proceed to locate its IP address. You can use the IP Report software to find the miner’s IP address by following these steps:

Download the software: https://service.bitmain.com.cn/support/download?product=IP-reporter

Open the software and click "Start."

Press the IP button on the miner.

The miner’s IP address will be displayed on the computer.

Note: Ensure that both the miner and the computer are connected to the same network; otherwise, the signal feedback from the miner cannot be received.

6. Miner Connection Configuration

After obtaining the miner's IP address, access the miner's backend from a computer on the same local network by entering the IP address into a web browser.

The Worker Name consists of "Sub-account.WorkerID," where the WorkerID is made up of any combination of letters or numbers. It is automatically generated by the system and can be used directly without prior creation.

The Password can be set to any value, such as "123," as it has no significant function.

7. Miner Monitoring and Earnings Overview

After the miner has been running for a short time and has submitted data to the mining pool, you can check its operating status and earnings:

Log in to the BitFuFu official website.

Navigate to the "Dashboard > BitFuFu Pool" page to view earnings and miner status.

If you have questions about Bitcoin mining or need assistance, you can contact customer support for help.
