How to Sell Hashrate?

Just follow the four steps below to sell your hashrate and start earning rewards:

Step 1: Register and Complete KYC

  • Register an account on the BitFuFu official website using your email.
  • Contact Business Cooperation via Telegram (https://t.me/BitFuFuKyrie) or email (contact@bitfufu.com) to obtain Supplier status.
  • Go to 「Dashboard > Settings > KYC」 page (https://www.bitfufu.com/dashboard/kyc) and submit Supplier KYC Verification. The review can be completed in as fast as 1 hour.

Required Documents for Supplier KYC Verification:

  • Company Information: Fill in company name, registered location, Business License number, and business address. Upload the company’s Business License, company profile, shareholder information, and identification documents of main shareholders.
  • Supplier Qualification: Upload proof of hashrate ownership, electricity supply certification, and signatory authorization.

Step 2: Connect Hashrate

  • Navigate to the「Hashrate Selling」page. Click the Connect Hashrate button at the top right corner.
  • Choose a Mining Pool, then configure the access address and username based on your mining rig’s region. Mining Pool Fee: 0.4% for BitFuFuPool (Recommended), 0.5% for AntPool.
  • After 10 minutes of mining rig operation, your hashrate will be reflected on the Overview page.
  • Before selling, your hashrate will generate daily mining Earnings. The Mining Pool payment threshold is 0.005 BTC.

Step 3: Sell Hashrate

  • Enter the「Hashrate Selling > Sell」 tab and click the Sell button.
  • Select your desired selling period, selling price, Sub-account, enter the amount of hashrate to sell, and choose the settlement method.
  • Submit the sale request for platform review.

Important Notes during the Selling Period:

  • The platform will prioritize purchasing lower-priced hashrate; your sale order may be partially and incrementally fulfilled.
  • Unsold hashrate will continue mining in the Mining Pool.
  • Successfully sold hashrate (including partial sales) takes effect immediately, is delivered for operation, and is irrevocable.
  • Unsold hashrate may be canceled and withdrawn after 2 days or continue being offered for sale.
  • The selling price is tax-inclusive by default; you are responsible for paying taxes according to your local laws.

Step 4: Earn Earnings

1. Viewing Sales

  • After submitting a hashrate sale, check the sale status and hashrate delivery progress in the 「Sell > Order」 list.

2. Sale Earnings

  • Once hashrate sells successfully and delivery begins, the platform calculates the daily settlement amount based on delivered hashrate in the Mining Pool.
  • When the cumulative settlement amount for a sale order reaches or exceeds 7 days of daily settlements (D+7), the settlement status updates to Settled, and you can apply to withdraw Earnings.

Daily Settlement Amount = Daily running sold hashrate × Selling price (calculated per sale order item).

  • Your sold hashrate may be repurchased by the platform and resold to other users. If such users fail to pay service fees or become Suspended, the hashrate will revert to your mining, with Earnings paid to you by the Mining Pool.
  • Additionally, you may receive a hashrate fee compensation calculated as:

Hashrate Fee Compensation = Suspended Hashrate × Hashrate Fee Unit Price

3. Withdraw Sale Earnings

  • Settled earnings can be applied for withdrawal every Wednesday.
  • Depending on the settlement method, settled Earnings can be withdrawn to your BTC or USDT (ERC-20) wallet.
  • Withdrawals are generally reviewed within 1 business day. Successful withdrawals will be notified via email.

4. Bind Mining Payment Address

  • Unsold hashrate continues mining in the Mining Pool.
  • Please bind your payment address by clicking the BTC icon in 「Sell Hashrate > Overview > Connected Account」 list.
  • After binding, the Mining Pool will directly pay you once the payout threshold of 0.005 BTC is reached.

5. Mining Output and Payment

  • You can view the Mining Pool observer link by clicking the sub-account name in the list on the above page.
  • Mining and payment records are also available under the Mining tab.
