Account Cancellation Guidelines

Account Cancellation Notice:

Verify Account Status: Ensure that the login password and fund password have not been changed within the last 24 hours and confirm that the account is not at risk of being compromised.

** Assets and Balance:** Ensure that there are no active assets in the account and that the account balance is zero.

** After Account Cancellation:**

• All data and information associated with this account will be deleted and cannot be recovered. The email, phone number, and Google verification linked to this account will also be deleted.
• All unpaid orders associated with this account will be canceled.

** Re-registration Restriction: **After submitting the account cancellation, you will no longer be able to register a new BitFuFu account using the email or phone number associated with this account.

• Please check and save any transfer addresses and delete the transfer addresses associated with this account to avoid transferring funds to a canceled account.
