Account Cancellation Guidelines

Account Cancellation Notice:

Verify Account Status: Ensure that the login password and fund password have not been changed within the last 24 hours and confirm that the account is not at risk of being compromised.

Assets and Balance: Ensure that there are no active assets in the account and that the account balance is zero.

After Account Cancellation:

All data and information associated with this account will be deleted and cannot be recovered. The email, phone number, and Google verification linked to this account will also be deleted.
All unpaid orders associated with this account will be canceled.
Re-registration Restriction: After submitting the account cancellation, you will no longer be able to register a new BitFuFu account using the email or phone number associated with this account.

Please check and save any transfer addresses and delete the transfer addresses associated with this account to avoid transferring funds to a canceled account.
